Your company


Account set-up

The Account set-up information for your Company’s Corporate Card Account will have been sent to you by email. The information is confidential to each company, and includes:

  • Company Identification Number (CID)
  • Day of the month on or around which the statement will be issued
  • Statement mailing address
  • Who payments will be made by i.e. Company or Cardmembers
  • Approved Account limit.

Account limits

The approved Account limit is a revolving figure enabling your Company to incur charges up to the stated limit. Should your combined charges reach this limit, your Company will need to make a payment before further charges can be made.

Should you need to apply for an increase to your limit, or if you would like to discuss your Account limit, please call the PA Servicing Team on 1800 732 2566.

Cardmember Limit
To provide full flexibility and an added level of security, you can choose to apply spending limits for individual Cardmembers. This means you can align your Company's spending policies with your Corporate Card programme. Limits can be applied to Cards by total expenditure each month or by transaction. The Company's approval is required for spend limits to be applied. Should you need to apply for a temporary increase limit for your Cardmembers, please call PA Servicing Team at 1800 732 2566. The request is subject to approval. In the event of an emergency, please contact the Credit Department at 1800 737 8188.

To apply for a Permanent Limit for your Cardmember, please complete the Change of Company Details form. The request is subject to approval.

Corporate Memberships Rewards Enrolment

Your Company can be rewarded every time a charge is made on the Corporate Card. To earn this reward, your company must first enrol1 in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme. Once enrolled, every S$1.00 charged to the Corporate Card will automatically earn up to 1.25 Membership Rewards points2 that can be accumulated to redeem for statement credits as well as reward items for the company. Your company can also earn 2 Membership Rewards points2 for every S$1.00 spent on foreign currency transactions, Grab transactions, Computer Hardware, Software and Cloud Services and Online Advertising. To enrol in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme, please fill in the Corporate Membership Rewards Company Application Form or contact your Account Manager.

1. An annual Corporate Membership Rewards fee of S$75 applies per Card. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Membership Rewards programme available
2. You will earn 1.25 points per S$1.00 on all spend, except for accelerated rewards, other rewards, and the exclusions stated below on your eligible Corporate Card Account, subject to Merchant acceptance and may be amended by American Express from time to time:

  • 2 points per S$1.00 spent on foreign currency transactions, Amazon Web Services, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Grab (excluding top-ups) and Microsoft Online Store
  • 0.5 points per S$1.00 spent on AIA and selected utility providers, such as Best Electricity, Geneco, Keppel Electric, PacificLight, Sembcorp Energy, Senoko Energy, Sunseap Energy and Tuas Power
  • 0.25 points per S$1.00 spent on Singtel and SP Utilities

Remittance set-up

Remittance is the process whereby charges and payments are allocated. Establishing a remittance process within your organisation is extremely important to ensure:

  • An accurate allocation of payments for charges made by Cardmembers
  • Avoidance of unnecessary late payment fees
  • Hassle-free usage of the Corporate Card programme
  • The effective management of cash flow in the business.

Online Account Management

American Express @ Work® online tool that gives you visibility and control of your Company’s Corporate Card program and will prove invaluable in helping you manage your Card Account.

The @ Work online tool lets you:

  • Perform day-to-day program management activities including cancelling Cards, transferring cost centres and adding Cards. View and analyse spending and payment information with a range of data reports.

Your cardmembers


New Cardmembers

To enrol new Cardmembers at your Company or to add a Card, please click here to access all Cardmember application forms.

Cardmembers will usually receive their Cards within 10 to 14 working days after the receipt of their application forms. The application forms need to be signed by the authorised signatory and have all required information.

Membership Rewards enrolment

Your Cardmembers can be rewarded every time they use their Corporate Card. To do so they first need to enrol in the Membership Rewards programme. Once enrolled, every S$1.00 charged to the Corporate Card will automatically earn up to 1.25 Membership Rewards points2 that can be accumulated and redeemed for a wide range of shopping, travel and other services as well as attractive merchandise1. They will also earn 2 Corporate Membership Rewards points2 for every S$1.00 spent on foreign currency transactions, Grab transactions, Computer Hardware, Software and Cloud Services and Online Advertising.

Manage Your Card Account (MYCA)

Manage Your Card Account is a secure and convenient way for your Cardmembers to access their Accounts from wherever they may be, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Online Services gives Cardmembers the ability to:

  • Keep a record of their transactions
  • Access current and historical statements
  • Pay their Accounts
  • Access PDF statements
  • Redeem Membership Rewards points online.

Online Statements

American Express provides monthly statements online only to individually billed accounts. Enrolment for Online Statements requires individual action by each of your Cardmembers and takes just a few minutes. To ensure your Cardmembers receive monthly statements, they need to enrol in Manage Your Card Account here

Online Statements provide your Cardmembers with the ability to access statement and Account information from anywhere in the world, 24/7, via the internet. This brings greater convenience, speed and simplicity to their day-to-day expense management.
